Snow Day!

Well, this is probably the first day this year that they have called a snow day, and there really is snow! In fact, it was falling so good yesterday we actually go the call about canceling school late last night.

Here are a couple of really crappy snaps of the snow on our deck. They were taken at an unnaturally early hour this morning when the PFH decided he needed to go out..RIGHT NOW!

And here are a couple of snaps taken last week during my drive into work. It was lightly snowing, but it was blowing around the streets pretty good. By mid-day though, the sun had melted all of the snow on the cars, but it was still so cold that the water refroze before it could run off the cars, so all of the bumpers had icicles. It was pretty funny.





The kids, of course, love snow days. Much more fun than the hurricane days we used to have in Florida. Although, Meagan may not like them as much as she used to since now she has to stay home with Robbie and Katie while I go to work :)
