Tomorrow is her birthday, and today I get a call from her school to come get her. They weren't sure if she had something in her eye, or pink eye. They had flushed it out, but it wasn't getting better.
SOOOO, off to the doctor we go, and yes, she has a corneal abrasion. So now she has a patch on her eye. She's looking rather stylish though with the new shades Dad got her and Robbie for their birthday.
(I should explain that is a swedish fish hanging out of her mouth. Don't ask me why)
The first thing out of Katie's mouth for the last three days has been the countdown to their birthday. I'm glad she'll get to go to school and enjoy it tomorrow.
